Terms and Conditions
Time Payment/Laybys:
- One payment per month minimum required.
- Celestial Essentials is happy to offer Lay-Buys as a means of purchasing any goods in total over $100.00.
- There is NO INTEREST charged on Lay-Buys.
- A deposit and monthly payments are required and if by arrangement you need more time you only need ask.
- All items are held for a maximum of 6 months after which they are forfeit unless prior arrangement has been made.
Returns Policy:
- All returns must be notified within 7 days of purchase.
- All items returned must be in saleable condition ie. bottles not opened.
- Celestial Essentials will not be responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear or any other problems not associated with manufacturers defects
- Celestial Essentials will accept returned merchandise [except all jewellery] if it has manufacturing defects within 7 days.
- All jewellery is non refundable after 3 months for any reason
- Authorised returns are accepted for online store credits and exchange.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for worn products. We will refund shipping and handling charges for defective products and send a replacement or offer an exchange.
- All returns need to be properly packaged and insured for the full price of the product.
- Celestial Essentials are not responsible for goods delivered to an incorrect address, so please ensure the correct delivery address is noted with your order.
- Celestial Essentials reserves the right to correct any incorrect prices in the catalogue or invoice.
