The 7 major Chakras are vital for moving energy around the body. They act as transformers receiving, assimilating and transmitting various types of energy. If one Chakra is not functioning properly it affects the Chakras above and below it. Each Chakra has its own harmonic vibration, colour, sound and connection to physical areas of the body.
There are also seven sacred truths, each one powerfully aligned with its Chakra to assist us in our quest for knowledge of who we are, and how to work through the challenges each Chakra presents to us at different times in our lives.
